All Soft Hands garments are individually checked for quality before they are shipped to you and we do our very best to ensure that there are no faults at the time of shipping.
Soft Hands will accept responsibility for any fabric and/or construction faults with your garment. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for or offer any returns on garments that have not been cared for or stored according to the garment care instructions. What to do if you think your garment is faulty
If you think your garment is faulty, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the details of your original garment order and your concern so we can discuss and arrange for repair or replacement upon inspection. Please include as many details as you can about the issue, with pictures if it is possible.
Our Standard Return Policy
If you receive your order and it is not what you expected, Soft Hands is happy to offer you an exchange or a store credit. To be eligible for an exchange or store credit you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Goods for exchange or store credit must be returned to Soft Hands at your own expense. They must be unworn, unwashed, carefully packaged and accompanied by a copy of the purchase receipt.
We do not offer exchange or store credit on discounted items.
Our Faulty Item Return Policy
If you are returning your item to me because of a fault and you have been in touch with to discuss the fault, you will need to return the garment at your own expense.
If the garment is then determined to be faulty, we will offer you a refund, an exchange or a store credit. We will also refund you the cost of returning the faulty item to Soft Hands.
What to do if you bought your garment elsewhere
If you bought your Soft Hands garment through a 3rd Party website or store, please return your item to the place of purchase.
