Delivery within Australia
Standard delivery within Australia is FREE for all products.
Express delivery can be arranged for an extra cost of AU$10.
International Delivery Available upon request
If you would like to arrange international shipping (outside of Australia), we would be happy to help. Simply get in touch with me at email@example.com.
As everything at Soft Hands is handmade, we only keep a small amount of stock on hand. This means that Patricia may need to make your order from scratch and it can take her up to two weeks from the date you order for us to send your garment.
Soft Hands cannot be held responsible for any delays and/or failures to complete any of the aforementioned distribution times due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g. materials not in stock).
You will receive an email confirming that your order has been placed and a second email once your order has shipped.
We send all our parcels via Australia Post and links for tracking will be emailed to you.
In Australia, standard shipping is included FREE with your order, which will be shipped using an Standard Post satchel. Your order should be delivered between 3 to 6 business days to any Australian Metro area.
In case you want to use express shipping option, your order should be delivered the next business day within the Express Post Network.
Please note that these delivery times may vary in accordance with Australia Post's general Terms and Conditions.
For international orders, you can choose between standard or express international shipping. The time it takes for your parcel to reach you after we have shipped it will be dependent on your local postal service. It generally takes anywhere between 10 – 14 working days, though it may arrive sooner. Please note that your tracking number may not work once your parcel arrives in your home country with your local postal service.
Unfortunately, Soft Hands cannot take responsibility for any delays that might be caused by Australia Post.
It is also important to ensure that your delivery information is correct in order to avoid unnecessary delays and the additional postage fees that will apply should we need to resend your order.
If you are shopping outside Australia, please note that your order may be liable for taxes and/or customs duties when it arrives at your country’s customs. These vary from country to country and are the responsibility of the purchaser.
